At the time of sale, a lot or residence in Champions Forest may be subject to a lien for assessments and other sums previously unpaid by prior owner(s) including attorney fees, interest, and other charges.  You are advised a RESALE CERTIFICATE from the Association is required prior to the sale of any lot or residence within Champions Forest subdivision.  The resale certificate will verify whether there are unpaid amounts due to the Association. The Title Company will collect at Closing payment of all dues, interest, fees and other charges owed to the Association.  

Please contact the Association at [email protected] for more information and to make arrangements for your Resale Certificate.  We ask that TWO WEEKS NOTICE be given prior to Closing.  There is a fee of $150.00 for preparation of this document.
